How We Work
From flyer to registration, we can organise and administrate clubs within a day.
Choose Your Club
Choose your clubs. We currently run over 100 clubs and we only accept new school bookings of minimum two clubs and maximum of twenty clubs. It is recommended that you run different topics on different days. For example if you require two Robotics Clubs for different groups, we recommend running them on a Monday and a Tuesday, rather them both on the same day.
Finalize The Timetable
Finalize your timetable. We are flexible, which means that you can run for any duration, at any time, on any days of the week. Once we know when you want to run your club, we can reach out to our lovely club leaders in the area to secure their timetable
Promote To Parents
Once you’ve decided which days and time the clubs will run, we will create a flyer or parents letter which you can send out to parents via email or print out for the children to take home. We usually have this created within 20min to 4hrs depending on how busy we are. It is recommended that you send out parents letters well before the clubs start date to ensure that we get the uptake desired, this allows you to re-advertise the clubs if necessary. Up to a month or more is not uncommon for schools to send out information about the next terms club selection. If you do not want us to administrate the clubs then this step is not necessary*
Now that parents have their letter or flyers they will sign up and pay for their clubs securely online using our online registration form and secure payment system which is powered by Stripe. The register is auto-populated onto a spreadsheet which we will share with the school and you can access it at anytime. Start The Club
Parents have registered and we are now running the club. Prior to the club start date you will receive the details of the teacher which include DBS number and a letter of assurance from us. Additional to this the club leader will arrive on the first day of the club at least 15 minutes early with their DBS and ID for you to validate. At this point you may provide them with your safeguarding policy, school rules and tour of the fire exits and explain how you would like them to dismiss the children. Once this is done our club leaders are then ready to begin their club and start!
